Can I use iMeetPlace for free?
Yes. Free includes exploring people in your Orbit, matching, chat, Couples and Groups, selfie verification and up to 10 organized Meets a month. Plus and Pro have no monthly Meet limit.
Where do I buy a plan?
Member plans (Plus and Pro) are bought in the iMeetPlace app through the App Store or Google Play, which show the exact price in your currency before you confirm. Venue plans are chosen on your venue’s Plans screen in the app and billed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play. The website does not sell plans.
How do renewal and cancelling work?
Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year until you cancel. Cancel a member plan in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal; cancel a venue plan from its Plans screen. Either way, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What is a Founding price?
While Founding enrollment is open (90 days after paid plans open), paid plans have a lower Founding price. Your first payment at that price locks the amount and billing period for as long as your membership stays continuous. A failed payment is protected for 7 days; cancelling, a refund or a chargeback ends it.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan charges 12 months upfront. Included allowances, such as Concierge requests, Pro’s Language Assist characters and Venue Pro’s Boosts, still renew every month.
How does Video Hello usage work?
Plus and Pro include Video Hello calls with each eligible match, and Pro includes more. The exact allowance is shown on the Plans screen in the app. Calls are never recorded or transcribed.
What are VIP, Boost and Language Assist passes?
Optional one-time purchases that never renew. VIP Day or Night puts a crown on you or your venue for one block; how far ahead you can reserve depends on your plan. A Boost sends one notification to nearby members who turned on offer alerts and adds a Sponsored label for one window. A Language Assist pass adds translation for one calendar month. Each price is shown in the app before you buy.
How do refunds work?
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through the store’s own refund process. Your legal rights are never reduced.
