Can I list my venue for free?
Yes. A Free Listing includes your photos, hours, a place in the Orbit and a basic 7-day summary. Members can plan Meets at your place. Table requests, reservations and holds come with Venue Access and Venue Pro.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A newly verified venue gets 30 days of Venue Access free: no card, no charge, one trial per location. It ends on its own: your venue stays listed for free, existing requests and bookings stay manageable, and new table requests and reservations need Access or Pro. Venues that already had a welcome period keep the end date they were given.
How do Meet requests work?
With Venue Access or Venue Pro (including the trial), members send a table request or reservation with a time and party size, and see before they send whether your venue takes requests. You see their Show rate and rating, then hold a table or pass in one tap. Holds release automatically if the party does not arrive.
Can I change my venue plan?
Yes, from your venue’s Plans screen in the app. A change takes effect right away: the new plan’s price is charged that day and a new billing period starts. Cancel renewal any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
How do I get venue support?
Venue support is available in the venue dashboard under Help & Support and through the Contact page.
